Cardio Tennis is an energized, inclusive program designed for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels—even if you’re new to tennis. 

This dynamic workout combines tennis-based activities with music and various fitness equipment like agility ladders, creating a high-energy atmosphere. Participants can improve their tennis skills while boosting cardio fitness, agility, and coordination. 

It’s a fun and accessible way to get fit, socialise, and learn new skills, making it the perfect entry point into tennis for everyone.
